Christianity is simple, love Jesus and follow him. Buddhism? Not so much.

Christianity has a very simple doctrine.

“Jesus replied: Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Matthew 22:37-40

Christianity has two simple rules that come down to one thing, love God.

Buddhism, on the other hand, is completely different, and extremely complex.

Buddhisms beliefs are complicated, Ravi Zacharias says,

“The truth is that there is probably no system of belief more complex than Buddhism.”

Ravi Zacherias, Jesus Among Other Gods

Buddhism has many different doctrines such as the 4 Noble Truths, the Noble Eightfold Path and the hundreds of sub-rules and contingencies that come as a supplement to those rules.

Buddhism’s doctrine can become very confusing and is very hard to understand.

On the other hand, if you are a Christian, love Christ, and love others.
